In a joint venture with PEMEX, the Mexican state-owned oil company, Sempra International owns a 50 percent interest in two natural gas pipelines and a propane system.

Gasoductos de Chihuahua assets are located in the States of Chihuahua, Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leon, in northern Mexico.
